3. Terms of Sale
Placing an Order & Contract Formation
- By placing an Order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Once you submit your Order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your Order. This acknowledgement does not mean your Order has been accepted.
- A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email (i.e., confirming that the Product has been shipped).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Order at any time before dispatch (for example if the Product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing, or other legitimate reason).
Product Descriptions, Availability & Pricing
- We endeavour to show accurate Product descriptions and availability. However, we may need to make changes (for example error in description, colour variation, sizing, or stock availability).
- The images on the Website are for illustrative purposes; actual Products may differ slightly in colour or finish.
- All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change. If an error is found in the price, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

- We will not dispatch your Order until payment has been authorised and cleared.

Delivery

- We aim to dispatch Products within our stated lead times, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
