1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at https://www.londonartprints.co.uk/ (the “Website”) and any purchases you make through it. By placing an order on the Website you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We are London Art Prints, a trading name of We Could Be Kings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
If you have any queries about these Terms & Conditions, please contact us at [your email/contact details].

2. Definitions

  • “Product(s)” means any print, frame, artwork, or related item offered for sale on the Website.
  • “Order” means your request to purchase Products submitted via the Website.
  • “You” / “your” means the purchaser or user of the Website.

3. Terms of Sale
Placing an Order & Contract Formation

  • By placing an Order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Once you submit your Order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your Order. This acknowledgement does not mean your Order has been accepted.
  • A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email (i.e., confirming that the Product has been shipped).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Order at any time before dispatch (for example if the Product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing, or other legitimate reason).

Product Descriptions, Availability & Pricing

  • We endeavour to show accurate Product descriptions and availability. However, we may need to make changes (for example error in description, colour variation, sizing, or stock availability).
  • The images on the Website are for illustrative purposes; actual Products may differ slightly in colour or finish.
  • All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change. If an error is found in the price, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, via the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • We will not dispatch your Order until payment has been authorised and cleared.
  • For international (non-UK) orders you may be liable for customs duties, taxes or import charges; these are your responsibility.

Delivery

  • Delivery charges and estimates will be shown at checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch Products within our stated lead times, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
  • Title and risk in Products pass to you when the Products are delivered to the address you selected.

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges

  • If you wish to cancel, you must contact us as soon as possible — we will advise whether cancellation is possible and the next steps.
  • For returns/exchanges where the Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within [e.g., 30] days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence and request you return the Product to us.
  • Returns for change-of-mind (i.e., you simply change your mind) will also be accepted, unless ir was for bespoke or made-to-order items) or may incur costs (for example your return shipping).
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method as soon as possible, following receipt and inspection of the returned Product (if required).

4. Intellectual Property & Use of the Website

  • All content on the Website (design, text, images, product listings, logos) is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, transmit or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
  • Users must not use the Website in a way that causes any unlawful or malicious activity (including hacking, viruses, spam, or misuse of the service).

5. Liability

  • Subject to your statutory rights, our liability to you in respect of any Product is limited to the purchase price paid for that Product.
  • We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (for example lost profits, business interruption, data loss) arising out of or in connection with your Order, unless such loss was foreseeable at the time of contract.

6. Events Outside Our Control

  • If we are unable to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to an event beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disaster, war, strikes, supply-chain disruption, fire, flood), we may suspend performance and will contact you to adjust or cancel the Order.
  • Your rights remain in effect for the period of the event; if the event continues for a long time we may cancel your Order and refund you.

7. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms & Conditions (together with any documents referred to in them) constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your Order and supersedes any prior understanding.
  • If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that part will be struck out and the remainder will continue in full effect.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales and you and we both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms & Conditions from time to time (for example to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements or how we sell Products). The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made.
  • By continuing to use the Website or placing new Orders after the changes come into effect, you agree to the new Terms & Conditions.
